OBJECTIVES OF RMDTS NETWORK

The main objective of the RMDTS is to promote quality services and products, in order to allow customers and partners benefit from its.

The second objective is to promote these services and products through the experience of a person who has actually had a pleasant experience with those products or services.

The third objective is to offer a partnership to those who are interested, which will enable receive an adequate training so that they can actively contribute to the expansion of the RMDTS platform. 

RMDTS SERVICES LOGO

This logo is a registered trademark of DEZA TECH SARL U and can not be used without its consent. Only partners who have fulfilled the conditions of membership in the RMDTS network will be able to use it, and testify that they have fulfilled all the criteria for adhering to the values and ideas that animate the latter.

CRITERIA OF THE RMDTS NETWORK 

The basic criteria of the RMDTS network can be summed up in the following 4 fundamental values: Love, Competence, Honesty and Transparency.

These criteria are a prerequisite for joining not only the RMDTS network but also the CDTS Club.

REGISTRATION TERMS OF THE RMDTS NETWORK

1. Accept the philosophy of the RMDTS network

4. One-time fee of $ 20 for the QR Code Member Card

5. One-time fee of $ 40 for plastic membership card with QR code

RMDTS NETWORK PARTNERSHIP

There are four types of RMDTS partners:

The customer

The customer is the one who has registered voluntarily and would like to benefit from the services and products of the RMDTS.

The Consultant

The Consultant is the one who registered voluntarily and would like to provide services to the RMDTS.

Supplier

The Supplier is the one who has previously signed a contract with DEZA TECH SARL U, in order to supply products to the RMDTS.

The distributor

The Distributor is the one who has previously signed a contract with DEZA TECH SARL U, to distribute RMDTS products.

RMDTS NETWORK SERVICES

There are several services of the RMDTS whose choice is the responsibility of DEZA TECH SARL U. Any service having been approved by DEZA TECH SARL will have a specific code to identify it, which will also indicate that the service has been tested and fulfilled all the conditions, in order to be distributed in the DEZA TECH SARL U.

CODE OF ETHICS AND ETHICS OF THE RMDTS NETWORK

The members of the DEZA TECH SARL U (RMDTS) marketing network undertake to respect the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of which the guarantor is the company DEZA TECH SARL U. This code of ethics was promulgated by the administrators on 8.8 .2014 and it is valid until further notice.

1. Purpose and definition

The Code of Ethics and Ethics is a set of values, principles and rules that guide the members of the RMDTS network in their activities, rights and commitments towards DEZA TECH SARL U, as well as in their responsibilities vis-à-vis other partners.

2. Values 

Commitment to the service of the RMDTS and the clientele.

Adhere to the network to collaborate in the development of the latter, in order to offer a service and products adequate and quality, at a resonable price. 

Respect for rights and people

Take into account the rights of individuals and groups in decisions and respect people in exchanges and decision-making.

Fairness in decisions

Make fair and impartial decisions in the equitable distribution of resources.

Efficiency and effectiveness

Judge projects and actions based on expected results and aim for optimal use of resources.

Transparency and discretion

Clearly communicate information, questions, opinions and discretion regarding certain facts and data that have been communicated.

3. Obligations 

Act within the limits of his powers.

Do not exceed the powers conferred by the Services Act in general. Have the necessary licenses for all services that require them. Do not interfere in the internal management of DEZA TECH SARL U, without prior attribution and competence.

Act with care, prudence, diligence and skill.

To inform oneself, to open oneself to the various points of view, to ask advice and to take the means to assume with competence its responsibilities and duties.

Act with honesty and loyalty.

Act in the interest of DEZA TECH SARL U and the population served, in good faith and avoiding conflicts of interest.

Act in the interest of the person (users / staff)

Act in the interest of the person (users / staff) with a concern for organizational performance.

4. Possible conflicts of interest

Personal advantage of a decision made by a member. For wrongdoing, the person must knowingly or unknowingly take action that places them in a conflict of interest.

Participation of the member in the decision-making process when his interests or those of his relatives are concerned. It must be special interests and not group interests such as staff or users.

Solicitation and acceptance of an advantage in connection with its membership function at the expense of DEZA TECH SARL U.

A significant advantage may taint the member's impartiality and influence his decisions.

Use or disclosure of privileged information considered confidential.

Use, other than in the manner applicable to all, of the links, resources or services of DEZA TECH SARL U.

Intervention in the process of hiring staff and undue interference in the internal functioning of DEZA TECH SARL U.

5. Preventive measures

Declaration of interests concerning pecuniary interests in commercial enterprises in contractual relation with DEZA TECH SARL U or which are likely to become so.

The employee or director link of a company or organization likely to contract with DEZA TECH SARL U must also be declared by the member and the administrator of said company.

Each member must complete their declaration of interest within sixty (60) days of joining the RMDTS network. If a change occurs in his situation, the member must complete a new return.

A member who is in a conflict of interest must report his or her interests to the administrator DEZA TECH SARL U and refrain from sitting and participating in the decision-making process regarding any matter in which these interests are involved.

6. Remuneration of members

Network members are entitled to receive compensation as provided by the RMDTS pay system. As such, as already stipulated it will have to be in conformity with the Law on services in general.

Expenses related to the membership function in favor of the network may be reimbursed according to the rules previously agreed with DEZA TECH SARL U.

7. Application of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct

DEZA TECH SARL U ensures the application of the code of ethics and deontology of the members of the RMDTS and has the right and the obligation to promote the application of the code of ethics and professional conduct, to investigate any situation of breach of the rules and to propose the appropriate measures.

REGISTRY SUB-CONTRACTOR / SUPPLIER OR DISTRIBUTOR OF THE NETWORK OF THE RMDTS NETWORK

In case you wish to become a supplier or distributor of the RMDTS network, you should fill in the appropriate form, so that DEZA TECH SARL U can evaluate the general performance to be subscribed. Depending on the case, the registration of a Sub-Dealer / Provider or Distributor of the RMDTS network could be conditioned by an audit of the company.

The choice is reserved for the decision and appreciation of DEZA TECH SARL U.
